Eternal Life

May we also keep someone alive by living the lessons they taught us?

Being how they showed us we could be.
Living how they showed us we could live.

Maybe, whom comes to mind for you taught you what patience looks and feels like. Maybe, they showed you how to love, even, how to love differently. Maybe, they invited you to dance in the face of fear.

We give our beloved eternal life when we live their lessons, manifest them in our lives, radiate them in our encounters.

And perhaps, if we live in accord with their teachings, faithfully practice their lessons, then when we encounter someone, they too may be filled with our beloved.

In the process, our beloved remains fully alive in us, becomes alive in them, and on and on, eternally.
